This research aims to study Effects of Work Motivation Factor on Organization Relationship of Educational Personnel in Moobankru Technological College. The results showed that Thetwo independent variables consisted of motivating factors. and supporting factors can jointly explain the change in educational personnel engagement of Teacher Village Technological College at 51.10 percent, which can be explained as follows: 1) The influencing factor affecting the engagement of educational personnel at Teacher Village Technological College was at the levelof 84.50 percent in the direction of and 2) The supporting factor affecting educational personnel’s engagement at the Teacher Village Technological College at the 19.80 level in the same direction. Statistically significant at the 0.05 level, which led tohuman resource management to create engagement of educational personnel. Teacher Village Technological College at a good level.
