The research of this study was to study Relationship between Health Literacy Related to Office Syndromes and Efficiency of Employees in Northern Region Industrial Estate. There were 389 sample. Objective to study the relationship between health literacy of office syndrome and work efficiency of industrial workers in the Northern Industrial Estates. The results showed that: The study of the relationship between health literacy related to office syndrome and work efficiency of industrial workers in the Northern Industrial Estates made aware of the problems of employees in industrial factories in the Northern Industrial Estates around 38.9% – 46.9% and resulted in the efficiency of work in terms of quality work and duration. Born from health knowledge about office syndrome about access to health information and health services, knowledge-understanding, communication skills, decision skills, media literacy and selfmanagement However, access to healthinformation and health services decision makingskills and self-management. There was no effect on the work efficiency of industrial workers inindustrial estates in terms of quantity of workaround 38.9% – 61.5%.
