Risk Management for office syndrome in the employee work of industrial workers in the Northern Industrial Estate

This is an exploratory research. The objective is to manage the risk of office syndrome in the work of industrial workers in the Northern Industrial Estate. The study was conducted from a sample group of 296 people who used a computer to work. Data was collected using a risk management questionnaire. and data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Explained by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and inferential statistics. The analysis was performed to compare the differences Independent Sample t-test and One-way ANOVA. Most of the employees are female, 57.30 percent, aged between 30 and 39 years, 58.50 percent are employees in the accounting and finance department. 30.50 percent and most of them use computers more than 4 hours per day non-stop. Or use more than 1 hour continuously, 74.40% of employees have risk factors for office syndrome from the nature of the chair. It was found that the armrests of the chairs could not be adjusted 85.40 percent and the backrest could not be adjusted 82.90 percent. Working on computer screens It was found that employees were used with computer screens that were too low. Until having to bend the neck to look at the screen 58.50 percent using a mouse without a wrist rest Resulting in 89.00 percent of the pressure points while in use and the appearance of the keyboard level being too high. The results of the risk assessment by sex and occupation showed that sex and department had no different risks. and the results of this study It suggests that the risk of sitting at a computer with inappropriate devices and postures affects the risk of office syndrome.
